Killer Ideas on How to Increase Sales Using Affiliate Newsletters

November 22, 2020
•

http://www.internetmarketingalpha.com

Starting a newsletter is a great way to advertise your affiliate products and increase sales. Create an opt-in box on your site and offer them something in exchange for their email address. Once you get their email address, you can start emailing them your newsletter and then your newsletter should go out to them once either a week or once a month.

Here’s what it does for you and them:

• It becomes easy to address regular questions

• Gives them constant updates on any new development, changes in the site policy, new tools to use, etc...

• Gives updates on new contests and products that can lure affiliates.

• Staying connected and communicating with them will always keep them close. You keep your name in front of them so that they will remember to promote you.

Some Quick Effective Tips on How to Write Excellent Affiliate Newsletters

• Don’t just have boring monthly Newsletters. You can make them effective by using subject lines that have keywords. Let your subject line send out a clear message that the newsletter is meant for affiliates and not consumers. If you are interesting enough, be sure that almost every affiliate will be interested to know the contents.

Use a subject line that states the highest commission paid the previous week.

Another newsletter opener is, Hey Gary we’re grateful you promote our products at yourwebsite.com. This will define who you are and how important Gary is to the organization. Appreciating and acknowledging affiliates will always get them to open emails.

• Arrange your topics at the beginning of the newsletter to give them a hint of what is inside. A bullet list that briefly states what the contents are will help them understand what you are offering and need. If you hide your content farther down, they may not have time to go through the entire newsletter.

You can also hyperlink to appropriate areas of the newsletter to make it easier for them to find what they are looking for. Affiliates will always look for what suits them and it is your duty to make this as simple as possible.

• Keep our affiliates close by offering coupons, notice of sales, codes, discounts they can offer, contests, etc...

• Before you launch anything new, give affiliates the product for free so that they can write a review and promote it with authority.

• Unlike consumers, affiliates need weekly newsletters. Make it happen because they would prefer you be in touch. If you are only sending it once a month, you need to change starting right now. One month is a long time between newsletters, and some of them may even forget about you.

• Use plain old text for emails. Why? Because emails with text load faster on PC's and phones and the emails are less likely to be flagged as spam. Chances that a recipient will read this kind of mail are also higher. On the other hand, you can use HTML if you are in a high-tech industry. You can also use HTML to display any new banners. However, if you still don’t know what is best for you be smart and test to see what works best.

• Interact with your affiliates by asking them what they need to succeed. Gone are the days when a 20 minutes survey will work. Today, you need to have a forum for your affiliates to join. Ask them what they need, how they need it and what they think. Their insight can take you a long way and increase your sales but only if you keep in touch with them.

• If you have never given affiliates a chance to use flash sales, now is the time to let them get started with them. Flash sales are sales with significant discounts that normally don’t last long and come with little warning. Every affiliate has preferences. Many affiliates love to plan their promotions, but you will never miss an affiliate who likes flash sales.

• Do you have a Call-to-Action? A Call-to-Action at the end of your newsletter can channel affiliates to your site for links and banners or allow them to request more information. Giving a specific call to action to them can help you understand what they need and let you help them accordingly.

• Test your newsletter before you hit send. You can test it by making sure the newsletter has no errors, is accurate and has no spelling mistakes.

• It’s always important to have contact information in every newsletter you send.

• If you know nothing about what you should have in your affiliate newsletter, Google and YouTube are your friends. You can get great ideas and tutorials to help you get your newsletter setup correctly.

• Stay on top of things and know what your competitor does. You can current yourself through their newsletters and keep an eye on their latest progress.

The world’s easiest EBOOK creator software!

May 08, 2020
•
The Worlds easiest ebook creator

Let’s face it, we all want more traffic, more subscribers and more daily sales. And there’s one simple solution that still works like gangbusters for this — eBooks.

Whether it’s a powerful lead magnet such as a free report or whitepaper, or a Kindle book that you sell daily… digital books are still an awesome way to attract traffic and sales for almost any type of business.

But there’s just one problem — creating them can cause all kinds of headaches. Writing, formatting, designing… it can take days or even weeks to create an eBook, plus a steep learning curve and a handful of expensive tools you’ll need to master… before you’ve even hit publish!

But there’s a brand-new tool on the market that promises to change all that.

It’s called Sqribble.

What is Sqribble?

Sqribble is a cloud-based tool that allows you to create eBooks (reports, whitepapers, etc.) in seconds. It uses ready—made templates and drag n’ drop design features that make self-publishing your eBooks a breeze.

How does it work?

When you log into Sqribble, you’ll see a bunch of eBook templates to choose from. These are all based on different categories, so you’ll need to find one that matches your market/topic/niche.

Once you’ve selected the template you want to use, you simply click “view” to see how your eBook will look (don’t worry, we’ll add your content next.)

In this view screen, you can see how the book will be laid out and get a feel for the style. If you don’t like it, you can always go back and choose another template (there’s 50 templates to choose from, and you can also edit the templates too, in all kinds of ways.)

You’ll notice that the layouts and designs are very slick. They look like professional publications!

Next, you’ll be asked where you want to source your content for the book. You can choose:

— Grab from a URL

— Start from scratch

— Copy and paste manually

— Upload Word File

— Start from Article Collection

Let’s take a closer look at these options.

— Grab from a URL

This allows you to insert any URL you want, and Sqribble will automatically pull the content from that page and insert into your book. It strips the html code and only inserts the text from the page. This is my fave method, because it saves a ton of time, and allows you to use expert content (with credits) so you can target topics and niches you’re not an expert in!

— Start from scratch

As it sounds, this option allows you to enter your content like you’d enter it into a Word document. You just type straight into the page.

— Copy and paste manually

This allows you to copy content from anywhere you want, and paste into the book, where the book will format and lay it out for you professionally.

— Upload Word File

You can get Sqribble to pull your content straight from a Word document, stripping out any code or weird formatting.

— Start from Article Collection

Here you can extract content from Sqribble’s huge library of private label articles which you can use for free, without crediting authors or linking to the source. It’s another great way to quickly fill your book with content, for free!

Finally, you’ll move to an editing screen, where you can resize text, move content around, edit text directly, add media, links, lists, call to action areas, new pages, and a whole bunch of other options for customizing the look and feel of individual pages or the entire book.

You can even add new pages that use a totally different layout to the rest of your book, giving you a huge amount of flexibility and endless options for your book.

While editing, another thing I really liked was the Themes option. With a single click, you can instantly change the color theme and font style of your entire book. It’s like giving your book a new “skin” and it’s just one more feature that sets Sqribble apart from the other tools out there.

Finally, when you’re ready to publish, you hit the little “Generate eBook” button in the top right corner of the screen and voila, your book is now ready!

You can either open the book in a browser to preview it quickly or save as PDF.

Is Sqribble right for you?

If you’re already creating lead magnets or eBooks for sale, then I have no doubt that Sqribble is going to save you hours of work and tons of money on freelancers (if you outsource the design or writing side of it.)

For that reason, I truly believe that Sqribble is well worth the investment and perfectly suited for most small to medium size businesses, especially self-publishers and info marketers.

It’s also a great tool to use if you’re a freelancer or agency, working with clients to create professional eBooks (includes commercial rights, plus a done for you agency website, which is a big bonus!). You could easily charge $100’s for this service, and with Sqribble, you could get the work done in way less time than it wouldn’t normally take you.

The bad

— Some of my favorite features are locked behind upsells (3D covers and Flipbook feature)

— When inserting content from a URL, you need to cite the URL source and/or credit the original author of the content, if it’s not your own (this isn’t really Sqribble’s fault — it’s just the law!)

The good

— Easy to use

— Glitch free

— Unlimited use (one-time payment)

The awesome

— Tons of excellent eBook templates

— Professional page layouts

— Automatic content

— 3D cover creator (available through upsells)

— Flipbook creator (available through upsells)

— Free commercial agency + website included!

Price

A one-time $67 (later will be increased to $197).

About the creator

Sqribble has been developed by Adeel Chowdhry, who is a well-known internet entrepreneur and best seller, with over ten years of experience and has previously created worldwide hits such as Pixel Studio FX which sold tens of thousands of units all around the world. He’s known for creating high quality professional solutions and I expect no less from Sqribble.

Overall verdict

There’s no doubt, Sqribble is a powerful eBook creation tool. Unlike other tools, it’s packed with everything you need to start cranking out professional looking books, reports, whitepapers and more in seconds.

With automatic content, drag n’ drop editing, plus a host of templates and designs ready to customize, you’d struggle to find a more seamless eBook publishing tool than this.

Being cloud based is a big bonus too. No need to download any software that clogs up your computer.  Whether you’re casually publishing books or you’re constantly creating lead gen reports for yourself or clients, Sqribble can — and WILL — save you hours of hassle and potentially thousands of dollars in freelance fees over the coming months and years. For that reason alone, it gets my full seal of approval.

Why You Want to Define Your Brand’s Core Values Today!

March 11, 2020
•

Veronica was a stay-at-home mom with an online business as a virtual assistant. She loved that she got to be there for her children, but she was struggling to grow her client list and earn a bigger income.

A mentor advised Veronica to sit down and define her brand’s core values. While she thought the exercise was silly, Veronica listened to her mentor and did it. Not long after that, her business began to grow rapidly—she had more than enough clients and was earning twice what she had been.
When she asked her mentor about it, the older woman explained, “When you realize your values, you understand what sets your brand apart. It’s easier to market once you know what makes your business unique.”

Defining your brand’s core values might seem like a pointless assignment best left for corporate businesses that prefer to use the latest buzzwords and jargon, but understanding your core values has so many wonderful benefits for entrepreneurs…

Use Core Values to Choose the Right Projects

Your core values can be the cornerstone upon which you make vital business decisions like which projects to take on and which ones to pass up. For example, you know one of your core values is integrity. You have the option to partner with another entrepreneur on a joint venture. This entrepreneur is well-known for hugely successful launches…but they also have a tendency to release shoddy products and duck customer support issues.
Knowing that your core value is “integrity” can help you see the opportunity in a different light. It might mean that you can refuse to work with the other entrepreneur or that you put safeguards in place to guarantee the final product is high-quality and customer support issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Simplify Decisions by Knowing Your Core Values

An excellent quote for entrepreneurs to keep in mind when choosing core values is this one: “When everything is a priority, nothing is a priority.” The idea behind the quote is that not everything can be of equal importance. If it is, making decisions quickly becomes difficult and frustrating.
But when you have core values to guide you, decisions are easier. That’s because you’ve clearly defined what matters most and you can focus exclusively on that. For example, if the major value behind your brand is “personal growth through learning” then it makes sense that you’ll need to leave space for you and members of your team to experiment, try new things, and even fail occasionally.

Let Your Principles Inspire Your Team

Just as core values can help you see who a clear fit for your business is, they can also be incredibly powerful at inspiring your team. That’s because your crew isn’t just looking for another paycheck—they want to work on projects that excite them with brands that are an amazing fit for their skills.
When Sarah, a body positive influencer and blogger, is asked to partner with beauty brands, she first seeks to understand their core values. One company defined their core value as being “non-judgmental and inclusive of all body types”.

The word non-judgmental resonated in Sarah’s heart. She found it so inspiring she opted to work with that brand over several others, despite the fact they could offer her less compensation for her work.

Attract Your Ideal Clients with Your Core Values

As you get clear on what values your brand stands for, it also becomes easier to attract your ideal client. That’s because you’ll naturally begin to showcase testimonials, content, and case studies that appeal to your target market.

That’s what happened to Diana, who is an online fashion consultant. Once she defined her values as “confident and creative self-expression”, she updated her website and marketing materials to reflect this. Within just a few months, she was attracting the type of clients she’d always longed to serve.

Build An Energized Team by Focusing on Your Principles

It’s not just ideal clients that are attracted to you once your principles are clear. You’ll also find it easier to form a team that works well for your brand. For example, if you know your most important value is “taking action” then you’ll empower your team to make decisions on the go and encourage them to boldly innovate.

As a result of knowing this core value, you’ll begin to evaluate potential team members through this lens. Even if you’re just looking for a virtual assistant to work part-time for your business for a few hours, understanding your core values can simplify your search and make it easy for you to determine if you’ve found the right person for the job.

Encourage Customer Loyalty with Your Values

Some entrepreneurs believe you must choose between making a buck and making a difference in the world. But there are hundreds of businesses proving that’s not true every single day.
One of these brands is TOMS. The popular shoe company has a “one-for-one” policy. For every pair of shoes purchased, the brand gives a pair to someone in an impoverished country that would not be able to afford the shoes otherwise.

By doing this, the business doesn’t have to make a choice between turning a profit and giving back. The most exciting part of this is that customers are not only supportive of this business model—they’re loyal to the brand as a result.

Core Values Unite Your Team

In an ideal world, every person working on or in your business would get along perfectly. They’d always see eye-to-eye and know exactly which steps to take to keep things flowing harmoniously.
Unfortunately, that’s rarely the case with team members. There will be disagreements and controversy at times. The best way to deal with this conflict is for team members to focus on what they do agree on, namely your core values.

For example, your core value might be “creating outstanding customer experiences”. Now your team members might define that “outstanding customer experience” differently but if they both agree that it’s the essential ingredient to doing business then they can come to a place of mutual respect.

Your Principles Make Your Business Stand Out

Sometimes, it can be difficult to decide on your core values. It might be tempting to look around at what other entrepreneurs are using and borrow from their ideas. But the problem with this approach is that then your business becomes lost in the crowd.

Smart entrepreneurs understand that their core values help them stand out in a crowded marketplace. What makes your business different is exactly what’s going to call to your ideal customer and inspire them to choose your brand over your competitor’s brand.

Understand that Core Values Can Change

As your brand grows and evolves, you may find that the core values that fit it perfectly three, five, or ten years ago are no longer relevant. Don’t try to hold onto these outdated values that aren’t serving you, your business, your team, or your customers.

Instead, be willing to step back and look at what you really want to stand for. You may find that your most important value now is creativity and innovation. Or you might discover that your most important value is transparency and communication.

Remember that there are no right or wrong core values. It’s just about expressing who your brand is and sharing that with your customers, your team, and ultimately, the world!

Branding Your Name on the 'Net!

April 18, 2019
•
http://www.internetmarketingalpha.com

Branding your name (or your pen name) is very important on the Internet, no matter what niche you’re in. You need to establish yourself as an authority in your market, because people trust authority figures.

They trust their recommendations, they trust that their products will be of good quality, and they trust that they have integrity. It also lends credence to the buyer that you’re a real person – not just some nameless, faceless entity trying to sell them something on a static, automated website.

You should put your name on everything you create. Whether it’s a membership site, an eBook, or something as small as a PLR article pack for sale - you should put your name on it.

Getting your name out there is so essential to your ongoing success.

Think about all of the marketing gurus you’ve heard of. Some of them you may not have heard of yet, especially if you’re new, but chances are you’ve heard of at least a few of these. Have you heard of John Reese, Mike Filsaime, Frank Kern, Dan Kennedy, Joe Vitale, Willie Crawford, or the late Gary Halbert?

If you’ve been in marketing long at all you’ve surely heard of at least one of these people. People know and remember the names of these people because they put their names on everything they put out.

Their names are all over the marketing forums, their eCovers, their headers, and everything else they do. They work very hard to brand their names, because their names become the brands. People buy their products simply because their name is on it.

Buyers think that the product must be good, because the person is so well-known. You should do the same thing with your name. Always use the same name on everything you do within a particular niche.

You may not want to use your real name for whatever reason, but your name needs to be a “real name.” A nickname usually won’t cut it in most markets, but sometimes it works – like in the case of Travis “The Bum” Marketer or the “Rich Jerk.”

If you’ve signed up for forums under a nickname, ask the moderators if they can change your name to your real name or pen name. You might not want to tell the moderator’s it’s a pen name. That’s up to you.

Keep getting your name out there any way you can. Host teleseminars, JV with well-known people if possible, and offer to help create content for well-known people in your niche in exchange for a Bio Box that hosts your name and link to your website.

Offer to be an interview subject for someone. Be a “guest author” for popular websites and blogs in your niche, and create 100% original content for them. Never stop branding your name. Even when you’re as famous as Donald Trump, the king of name branding, don’t stop.

Donald still puts his name on everything he does. His name appears in huge, bold letters on his books. He names buildings after himself. Think of Trump Tower, Trump Taj Mahal, and Trump Plaza. His name is all over everything.

Not only is it a matter of pride, but it keeps his name everywhere. You may never be as famous as the Donald, or even as famous as John Reese, but you might become known as the king or queen of your own little niche or for a particular slant that grows in popularity.
